Our Philosophy
MODEL/ BAND & PHOTOGRAPHER AGREEMENT
Please note these are basic parameters for photo shoots, prices subject to change based upon drive time, availability, working conditions/expenses etc... .
1. PURPOSE
This Agreement outlines the terms, pricing, and rights related to a photo session (“Shoot”) between the Photographer and the Model/Band hereafter referred to as “Client”
Raw edits are the property of the Photographer and prove ownership, no raws will be provided to the clients unless the client pays for ownership of photos. Client agrees not to post/share any unfinished images that were not edited by the photographer (including images re edited or using a filter by anyone other than the photographer) (except for private use like Only Fans)s.

2. SESSION TYPE & FEES
☐ A. FREE SHOOT OPTION
- Cost: $0
- Deliverables: 3 fully edited photos provided free of charge.
- Additional edited photos available at $15 each. (Bulk discounts available)
- Photo Rights:
- Photographer retains full ownership and copyright.
- Client has no ownership rights but may use the provided 3 edited photos for personal, non-commercial use.
- Photographer decides editing style and retains full creative control.
- Client may provide limited input regarding which photos are posted publicly.
- Photographer will deliver photos in a timely manner as scheduling allows.

B. DISCOUNTED FEE OPTION
- Cost: $100
- Deliverables: Client will receive 10 photos edited.
- Photo Rights:
- Photographer retains ownership and copyright.
- Client will have limited say regarding which photos may be posted or shared publicly.
- Photographer will prioritize this project ahead of lower-tier sessions only.
- Client has no editing control but may request up to 3 alternate edits for minor adjustments.
- Additional photos may be provided at photographer’s discretion under the same terms.

B. NORMAL FEE OPTION
- Cost: $250
- Deliverables: Client may select up to 30 photos from a proof sheet to be edited in addition photographer may select extra shots to edit.
- Photo Rights:
- Photographer retains ownership and copyright.
- Client may have limited veto power regarding which photos may be posted or shared publicly.
- Photographer will expedite editing and prioritize this project ahead of lower-tier sessions.
- Client has no editing control but may request up to 7 alternate edits for minor adjustments.
- Additional photos may be provided at photographer’s discretion under the same terms.

B. NORMAL FEE OPTION
- Cost: $250
- Deliverables: Client may select up to 30 photos from a proof sheet to be edited in addition photographer may select extra shots to edit.

- Client may have limited veto power regarding which photos may be posted or shared publicly.
- Photographer will expedite editing and prioritize this project ahead of lower-tier sessions.
- Client has no editing control but may request up to 7 alternate edits for minor adjustments.
- Additional photos may be provided at photographer’s discretion under the same terms.

C. VIP OPTION
- Cost: $600-$750 (based on # of edits)
- Deliverables:
- Client and Photographer will jointly select photos to be edited (number of edits negotiated based on fee).
- Client receives jpg copies of all selected photos (edited and unedited) without watermark or signature.
- Photo Rights:
- Photographer retains ownership of all photos but client has the right to use as they see fit as long as it is within the law and does not infringe on anyone’s rights or damage anyone’s brand/reputation.
- Both client and photographer must provide written consent for commercial use.
- Photographer will prioritize this project with second-highest delivery priority.
- Client may provide editing direction. Photographer will take these preferences into consideration.

D. VIP / EXCLUSIVE RIGHTS FEE OPTION
- Cost: $1,200-$2,000
- Deliverables:
- Client selects all photos to be edited. (number of edits based on agreed upon fee)
- Client receives all edited and unedited images without watermark or signature.
- Photographer prioritizes this project above all others for fastest delivery.
- Photo Rights:
- Client receives complete ownership and copyright of all photos.
- Photographer relinquishes all rights to display, share, or distribute the photos.
- Photographer may not claim authorship publicly except as required by law.
- Client may edit or alter photos freely.
- Photographer may not post or share any photo without Client’s written consent.

PHOTO SELECTION & POSTING
- Posting rights and approvals depend on the chosen package above.
- Client/Bands agree to tag/invite to collaborate photographer in all posts (except Only Fans)
- Both parties agree to act in good faith when determining where and how photos are displayed.
EDITING & DELIVERY
- Photographer maintains full creative discretion over color, tone, and retouching style.
- Delivery timelines are approximate; “timely manner” means reasonable effort consistent with workload.
- Expedited delivery applies to higher-tier options as indicated above.
USAGE RIGHTS
Unless otherwise stated:
- Client’s use of images is limited to personal portfolio and social-media promotion (non-commercial).
- Commercial use by client requires separate written permission or license.
- Photographer retains copyright in all tiers except “VIP / Exclusive Rights.”
